G. Todd Houck Attorney At Law LC

This Attorney is Horrible, as he use to be a Prosecutor and apparently still works for the state in private practice. My daughter has tried to contact him numerous times to discuss her case after he was supposed to file a motion for her, but he won’t answer her return her calls nor will he communicate with her. The other staff at his office is very rude “Justin” to be precise, and told her she has committed a crime when she’s explained that she wasn’t involved and wasn’t aware of the situation. How can an attorney represent their clients when they believe they are guilty of a crime? He cannot represent his clients to the best of his ability when he has doubt that they’re innocent. He’s a plea bargaining attorney and doesn’t acknowledge he works for his clients they don’t work for him.

Contacted him for legal advice, figuring any advice was better than none, due the advice of others. I was unfortunately proven to be very wrong, Mr. Houck was very dismissive and didn't want to hear my actual legal issue nor put any effort into providing any legal consult. He just seemed all around burnt out from "doing this for 30 years." So glad to have gotten a second opinion!

Called Mr. Houck to ask a simple question. Unfortunately his legal assistant called me back, that was an absolutely waste of time. This young man has no business speaking with the public. He sounded like he hated life and his job! If I hated my job that bad and didn't like answering question then I would find a different profession!!

I've always heard good things about him. But I called and whoever I talked to was kinda rude and just hung up on me.

Fine young man that has a outstanding work ethic.
