10/10 recommend!!! I was introduced to Ward Law office in January of this year to be the closing attorney on a property I was interested in buying. Lots of people in a local beckley Facebook group had recommended this firm. Long story short this law office found issues with the title before closing. (Thank goodness). Their attention to detail really saved me a lot of money, headache and legal issues down the road by bringing the title issues to my attention. Since I felt confident with their services and ability to find title defects I asked them to be the closing attorney on another property I wanted to purchase. Fair price for getting a land deed taken care of. Very nice people. I never actually met the lawyer, but the paralegal was fantastic! The secretary was great also. I'll use them again in the future.

Seemed friendly at first I dropped of paperwork to have a deed drawn up paid for the deed then…… no deed when it was supposed to be completed…. No answering phone calls or returning calls no response from messages and it’s been several weeks!!!! And multiple calls!!!!….. very poor service ….
