Fulton Holly

I hired Holly on a recommendation from a friend who had used her many years ago. However, my experience with her last year was significantly different. In my initial consultation, Holly was very engaging and even quoted from the Bible; however, every conversation after that was entirely different. I was initially told that I could email in questions and they would be answered by email; however, the only email responses I got were to set up a phone conversation. I have a job with a very unforgiving schedule and I often couldn’t get a phone call scheduled in less than 10 days – this was not helpful while I was dealing with a high conflict person. When I did talk to Holly, I left what was nearly always a LONG (expensive) phone conversation even more confused than when I started. I would

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH Holly Fulton. At first, it seemed like she was willing to work and listen to me. Once my ex filed a counter petition, Holly folded like a cheap suit. She constantly showed that she did not care about my case whatsoever. She even went as far as to tell me that I might as well sign over custody of my kids to my ex. During phone calls, she showed absolutely no interest in speaking with me even though she wanted to speak about the case. She showed that she knew nothing regarding the case or things that had not been filed yet. Thank God I was referred to another attorney after my last call with this woman because all she cared for was to generously take my money.

$8000 paid, $2000 more in escrow, 7 days before pretrial and she withdraws from the case. If you want someone that will drain your escrow account dry with conference calls and meaningless meetings then she is the lawyer for you. Do yourself a favor, find a lawyer that has some ethics. How do you give someone less than one star?

She didn't even return my call. Apparently not interested in helping folks. Next!
