The other 1 star reviews are accurate- Ben Friedman's flat fee sounds too good to be true because it is! He'll be responsive initially and then ghost for weeks to months at a time. My marriage dissolution (with everything agreed to by both parties ahead of time) took nearly a year to complete because he wouldn't respond to calls/emails/texts. He also didn't show up to the court hearing, despite me confirming with him beforehand that he had the date and everything was submitted. Not worth your sanity to work with him.

I hired Ben on August 9th to draft and send a cease and desist letter. Initially, he was prompt, responsive, and understanding. He provided a draft on August 14th and stated that the letter had been sent. However, when I asked for confirmation or tracking, I was told by the recipient that nothing had been received.
