Just finished a great closing with Foothills Title here in Sevierville last week. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bridgett and Sue during our closing. What a wonderful experience with Foothills. Not my first closing in Tennessee, but my best experience. Alex was the "closer" and she was excellent, efficient and professional. Lydia Hanna assisted us with preparation and she was personable and professional. They know what they are doing and do it without fluff or wasting time. Foothills far exceeded my expectations.
