Vest was easy to communicate and efficient in scheduling appointment and provided helpful information. She made me feel much less nervous about reaching out to law firms and facilitated the whole process for me. I appreciate her help. My session with Mr. Rogasta was fantastic! Mr. Rogasta is knowledgeable, clear, honest, and understanding. He is culturally sensitive and proactive about clients' needs. He addressed my concerns effectively and didn't mind me asking him

I have been trying to hire an attorney through this firm for weeks at this point. Communication has been non-existent and I have left multiple messages. I have a straight forward and easy litigation matter, yet no one can call me back. As a follow up to this, once I posted this review, an attorney from the office calls to apologize for not following up, and then refused to hear my case as there was now all of a sudden “conflict” with me hiring an attorney with the firm. I asked what the “conflict” was as I have never had any legal matter with ANY office. She was unable to disclose. No words.

Spoke to Rose about an insurance coverage issue and she not only told me that she wouldn't handle my case because her boss is taking a 2 week vacation but she didn't even give me a referral. Total dismissal of my needs
