Jeff is awesome! He went above and beyond by fitting me into his *personal* schedule when my job wouldn't allow me to make my appointment. Twice! I had to have my calibration checked by this business and it was a very good experience. I was a little nervous.It wasn't at the location because it was a weekend . They directed me down the street to a gas station. Meeting him immediately put my mind at ease. The transaction went very smoothly.He hooked up a device to my vehicle and directed me to drive up the street while he rode in the passenger seat. His directions are very clear and concise. Please pay attention and don't try to zoom around and be impressive.This guy has kids and he wants to live through the expirence. Afterwards, he provides you all the information and notarized paperwork you need for court. He also gave me tips as how I can prevent this from happening again. Very courteous and professional.I would highly recommend.
