Mr. FARRIS allowed me to assign POA to my daughters when I was physically and mentally incapable of understanding nor remembering what I was doing. 2016 Definitely steer well clear of Ray Ferris. Treats you like you're beneath him the entire time! Hardly has any insight on what should be done or said when going in for a council/meeting with the prosecution. And also, when it seems that he might be in for a hard struggle or a defeat, he will drop the case and use some BS line; for example, "The prosecutor is such a good friend, I don't want to ruin that with this case by moving forward. Maybe you should find a new attorney." Avoid making my mistake by trusting Ferris. (Update 2020) Still hope Ray Ferris burns in hell where he belongs.
