Attorney Mark Dellinger is our estate lawyer. He is extremely, knowledgeable, patient, and detailed. His office staff is also skilled, courteous, and helpful. Attorney Dellinger prepared, our wills, power of attorney, and health care directive for a reasonable fee. I am a retired attorney and consider myself an able judge of character. A family member of mine needed a Living Will, a POA and a Trust created in very little time due to illness. Dylan Kiedrowski was able to prepare these documents and get them signed in a timely manner. We weren't able to come to him for the original meeting so he came to us. The office policies of Mr. Dellinger are dysfunctional, at best. The kind lady at the main number informed me that Mr. Dellinger makes his own appointments and transferred me to his voicemail. Someone eventually returned my call….a week later just to say that Mr. Dellinger may or may not call me back within two weeks. It depended on if he was interested in my particular case. I guess he wasn’t because I never heard from the office.

My Dad needed to have his will updated after my Mom passed away and my financial advisor recommended Mark Dillinger. We took care of everything in 3 meetings. The first meeting was critical. Mark was able to work with my 95 year old Dad to have him understand the best way to handle the will so that when the time comes, his heirs would would have clear instructions on how to handle the estate.
