I would have left 0 stars however doesn't give that option. Save your time and money this lawyer is rude and money hungry and will yell at you she has 0 respect for the Hispanic people. She threatened me not to give me my package for my son because they didn't do their job to stay in contact with the national visa center and they didn't make contact in a year and fees had to be paid again that we had already paid and we trusted this lawyer who we paid $6,000 to for them to actually do their job what a joke! So they repaid the fee and when the time came to give me the package for my son she wouldn't give it to me until I paid her for the fees she repaid to the national visa center which should have been her responsibility. She was yelling at my wife and me telling us to take her to court

I was very nervous about the meeting after reading the rest of the reviews. However, I had a great experience - had a consultation with Emily. Appointment was easily scheduled and fee on consultation was clear from the beginning. Emily was very straightforward in giving advice about my case and what fees would be required should we decide to choose Ferguson Law. She was extremely friendly and personable.

Arminda was my 3rd lawyer during the 7 years of struggle. She was the one that made a difference. Yes, she will be a bit busy sometimes, probably 500-1000 bucks more than other lawyers, but you get what you pay for. A happy ending I think its the most important when dealing with immigration. So choosing a good lawyer that will stand for you is very important! I'm happy for everything that Ferguson Law Office did for me. Thank you very much!!

They just completed a very difficult case for us. They took the extra time to explain to us all of the steps that were required to go through the process. Their prices were equal to the prices we were quoted by other immigration attorneys. I rarely leave reviews but they absolutely did an outstanding job for us so I wanted to express my gratitude.
