Absolute disaster of an experience using Feldman & Melton for a condo closing. We hired them to close on a condo of ours. We gave them SPECIFIC instructions on payout. We requested that I receive a wire same day. They told us they can’t wire & only give us a check over night. Fine. They completely disregarded our requests, closed on the home, gave the buyers the title/keys & we have $0 to show for it. Feldman come to find out sent the WRONG amounts on the checks to multiple addresses when we specifically told them we needed ONE check to ONE address made out to ONE name. Adam does not answer his phone. The communication is awful there. Stay away from them. We have closed on many real estate transactions. This one is far from a smooth process. Still waiting to get an answer back from Adam

They were very nice during my recent closing. I had expected a check prepared after I signed documents, but they hadn't done it. They said I could drive back and pick it up later. I really wanted it by check, but I wouldn't be able to come back to pick it up. Instead of being fully prepared they said they could FedEx it to me, but I would have to pay $25. This fee because they weren't prepared. Then I was told it could be wired into my account and it wouldn't cost anything. I decided to have it done that way. The money was wired into my account later that day. The next day I was charged $25. It's about integrity and principle.
