I was sold an insurance policy for my business and was told it covered my property off site and it did NOT. My property was stolen and now I'm out $20k. Now I'm hiring lawyers to sort all this out and and gave him plenty of opportunities with no call back to try and fix this through the insurance company. After speaking with the insurance company this morning I found out the real story!
Communication is horrible. After selling our home I contacted them to cancel my policy filed the documentation on the 22nd. I left multiple messages and no one contacted me back. Still have no clue about my refund.
