I called Rick to help me generate a power of attorney document to facilitate an out of state sale of a vehicle. After a bit or research, he found a PoA form on the FL department of licensing, filled it out, and sent it to me without any charge. Really appreciate the help and the good turn to facilitate this transaction without billing. Would definitely use Fabiani Law again.

Closed on a house 8/12 and still have not received a copy of my mortgage paperwork despite several inquiries in the past four months. 2/7 still not the full closing package as discussed almost 6 months later. Per my real estate agent and the mortgage specialist, sending a pdf of these documents instead of providing them to me physically is not the norm. Received the deed, nothing else.
