Eviction Services Plus

I noticed a charge on my bank account from this company I hired for an eviction. I had no idea what the charge was for, I called their office and Rosa said they must have just forgot to bill me, but they charged my card because I owed them additional charges. I asked to speak to Ted the manager and I explained that the last document which I have attached as proof reads I would be billed and if not paid within 14 days they would take the money out of my account. I told Ted to refund me and bill me. He said no. I then told him I would call my bank and report I didn’t approve that charge. He said “do that and I will sue you!” Very unprofessional if you ask me and rude when they were in the wrong, not once apologized and didn’t even consider that maybe I didn’t have the money available or that
