Unfortunately I had a deeply unsatisfying experience with Evans Law. After months of extensive "preparation" for my case, and having access to troves of evidence, the lawyer who tried my case arrived the day of with three pieces of evidence and was completely unprepared to proceed in the manner he and I had discussed. This lack of preparation was actually put on record when the judge asked my lawyer if he had evidence to support my testimony and he admitted during trial that he did not... Despite me providing it to the firm months prior and communicating its importance. I ended up speaking to the owner about all of this and his final determination was that the preparation I paid for was properly represented the day of trial.
