I used Larry Treat and the Treat Law Firm for a personal trust/one revision after the initial trust was completed. Larry and his associates are a great team and very detailed orientated. The trust creation fee is reasonable as it is very detailed and they contact all the institutions and arrange the paperwork etc. Larry explained the trust details in-depth and ensures they are understood in layman terms, important when dealing with the overwhelming legalese. Excellent communication with the staff throughout the process and their client portal works great. Digital is the way to go for me. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

We first became involved with the Drake Estate and Elder Law Firm in 2009 when my recently widowed mother moved to Mountain Home. Randall was an absolute God-send to me and my brothers. He and his staff helped us to keep most of Mom's hard earned estate intact to pass on to her heirs, while making sure there were funds for her care.
