0/5 IF I COULD. I hired Emily Reed as my attorney back in August for a straightforward case involving my son's father, believing her assurance that it would be a simple process. After paying nearly $2,000, I expected timely communication and updates. However, by October, I hadn’t heard a single update despite multiple calls and voicemails. When I looked up reviews, I found several one-star ratings citing the same issues I was experiencing: poor communication and lack of follow-up. Realizing I wasn't the only one facing these problems, I decided to end my relationship with the firm and seek help elsewhere. A couple people recommended me to hire Emily for my divorce. At first I was impressed. Then she never communicated with me. After the divorce was finalized, I spoke with a numerous amount of people who have gone through divorces, as well as a couple other attorneys and they were appalled how things were handled with my case. However, I give the the receptionist, Michael, five stars.

They did a great job. Amanda was great to work with. She handled business and got it done. They are great people, never made me feel silly for what I was going through. They were always very nice with my questions and concerns. Most importantly, she made it as QUICK and EASY as possible.

We ended a visitation/custody battle and she had everything ending in my favor! She understood my concerns for my son and set appropriate boundaries for the safety of him! I am very impressed and I could not Thank her enough for the peace of mind! They are great!
