E J has been working om my case now for 7 years, did no investigating and tried to get me kicked off my own civil lawsuit. I have been trying to reach him for months about my case and he will not return any of my calls. Every time I try to ask about my case he has no answers. My son was shot by a Dillon county deputy in his bed in front of my husband, myself and his 3 year old son. I need this case settled. Please do not trust him to care about your case unless its easy and he can get a big payout. He is still my lawyer as of date as far as I know , but again I can not get a return call from him or any information about how to settle this case.
