Make sure you triple check your documents before signing anything with them. I had to inform them that my husband wasn’t on the loan multiple times throughout this process and they had to redo the paperwork without his name I think three times before they had all the papers corrected. That's three times too many. When I asked about why they keep including his name they tried to say they always have space for a POA if needed, but then eventually and magically after I questioned it he was off the documents. I don’t even care that mistakes were made but man o man when I called to get them corrected they all pointed the finger at each other and blamed every one in the office. Completely unprofessional. I don’t care if it was Tina’s fault or Brenda or whoever, just fix the document. They miscal

Our closing experience for buying our house went very smoothly! Everything was explained, nothing was rushed. I still feel like it was quick and I wasn't left feeling like I needed more explanation about anything. Fantastic!!
