I am very disappointed with the Einhorn law firm. Their business practice regarding initial 1 hour consultation fees and refunds is the reason for the one star. I set up a zoom appointment with the initial attorney that I requested. The specific attorney was from a referral from a friend's friend. I sent a $510 advance deposit for a one hour consultation. The next day the appointment was cancelled and I was rescheduled to Zoom meet with a different attorney. At the start of the meeting there were some Zoom issues. After finally starting the meeting the attorney and I talked for less than a half an hour. The attorney was knowledgeable and brought up some good points regarding my case. However the attorney stated he had to get on another call. The meeting lasted less than a half hour. A fe

This is an informational review based on the intake process only. While I recognize Einhorn is a reputable firm, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency during the initial reach-out. For an estate update involving several million dollars, I expected a brief introductory discussion to ensure a professional fit. Instead, there is a mandatory $500 upfront fee required just to speak with someone. Basic procedural questions - such as whether the firm offers flat-fee structures or bills strictly hourly -would not be answered without that payment. For clients seeking a collaborative, family office relationship, this transactional approach may be a deterrent. I'm sharing this so others in a similar position are aware of the entry barrier before reaching out.

Came to Dennis Shlionsky after a bad fall that led to surgery. I already had a prior condition, and I was living with a disability before this ever happened and I was worried no one would take me seriously or see the full picture of what this new injury meant for my life. Dennis did. He didn’t talk around things or make empty promises. When he said he’d handle something, he did. When he needed something from me, he told me why it mattered. The thing that really stayed with me was the way he actually listened even when my situation was complicated. He didn’t treat my prior injury like an excuse or a way to minimize what I was going through. He looked at the whole of me. His team worked the same way. I didn’t have to fight to be believed or explain myself over and over. They made a diffi

Do not use this law firm unless you want a team of people that will take your money and not do what you pay them for. Shame on you, Patty. She got promoted after I had hired her and stuck me with the new girl on maternity leave who did absolutely nothing for me. She did take my money and would answer my emails after payments but $20,000 for a motion and now they want an additional $17,000? And nothing has changed. These people are straight up criminals which is why they have such a poor reviews. Always read reviews my friends! The good ones need to stick together. This law firm needs to be shut down. Shame on them. I am deeply saddened by the heartlessness of this office.

Gary Botwinick is an incredible attorney!!! He provided me with excellent legal representation and achieved a positive outcome for my complex case involving new laws. He consistently dedicated himself to protecting my rights and ensuring a fair outcome. Gary is not only professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work, he always makes the time to answer my questions thoroughly and promptly and support me every step of the way. I could not have done it without his expertise and skill. Gary Botwinick is who you want on your legal team, he is simply the best and I highly recommend him!
