Jim Eftink was absolutely FANTASTIC. I see on here that there are some bad reviews over “Guardian adlitem” situation. Jim was not my guardian adlitem, but what I’ve found out over the past couple of years of dealing with the court systems, that’s just how the position of “Guardian Adlitem” is. Guardian Adlitems are NOT what you think they are supposed to be. I’ve had multiple on our case and they ALL handled it the exact same way. So I can’t speak much on that, BUT I can speak on the fact that the ENTIRE eftink law firm is absolutely top of the line. Jim Eftink went so far above and beyond for my entire family it’s not even funny. He was absolutely the best family lawyer I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with before in my life.
