Very nice man and the staff is very helpful. When I was having a meltdown over an issue with the banks they really have to call me down and get me through it. It's been a trying time with two deaths back to back this year and these guys have been amazing giving me through the toughest one I had to deal with. I would definitely recommend them if you need a lawyer to get you through probate. Thank you for everything you've done for me!

Since my first attorney gave up on me and my case, Michael K.,, I didn't have much choice in asking Mark Breed to help me with my mom's estate. The first meeting went pretty well although there are steps in the front, his assistant allowed me to park behind their office and Liz came out with the paperwork etc. That was very kind of them to do so. I tend to get anxious and so much time has been wasted, but now things are finally picking up and then we wait for the court and judge and go from there. Going into probate isn't easy and is Really time consuming.. praying that all goes smoothly after my mom's estate is such a mess.. So if you decide to go with Mr Breed, it's really up to you and everything just depends on your personal case. ;)

Terrible lawyer. Paid for services that didn’t hold up when I hired an estate attorney to review and finish the process. He made several mistakes: incorrect dates; amendment to a will that had no legal meaning or value, among other incompetent mistakes. I called to complain and he tried to charge me for that phone call. Yelled at me on the phone and told me he didn’t do anything wrong and it was my fault. He should be disbarred. Have paperwork to report him to the Florida bar.

Mark has been helping me to administrate my aunt's estate. He is professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone with legal needs in the Sebring area.
