Dusenbury & Clarkson PA

I recently sold my home and the buyers used them. They did not have my check ready the day of closing, and still do not have it the day after closing! They are in no hurry to get it to me and refuse to give me any information. As of writing this, I have no idea when I will get paid for the sale of my home. Tomorrow is a holiday and then it will be the weekend. I have bought and sold multiple homes in the past and have never dealt with this kind of unprofessionalism! There were other issues prior to closing as well, I never received my closing documents ahead of time. Meaning I never saw these documents until the actual closing! It is required by law that HUD closing statements be given to the buyer 3 days prior to closing, but Dusenbury and Clarkson never finished writing up these document
