Dunn & Dunn PC

Wants to keep telling me we are past that (blank court order taking my kids) when nothing has been done properly per law and nobody can be honest about anything. Also sent my 127.00 thumb drive I paid for by Kaufman PD and they supposedly mailed it to me and I never received it when I had tried numerous times to go pick it up. Beware of who u trust.

Had her for my cps case a few years ago. She was absolutely awful. She never returned my calls, didn't show up for cps conferences so my husband's lawyer had to take up for me and she would show up late for most of our court dates. She never fought for me at all and allowed cps attorney to humiliate me in the court room! Would NEVER recommend her or her husband even as a court appointed! If she gets appointed to be your attorney I suggest firing her and seeking out another attorney. Hell, you would be better off representing yourself than allow Emily Dunn to be your representation.

Simply put the worst attorney that I have ever dealt with very unprofessional I work out of town and have tried to contact them by phone numerous time left messages ect. The two time the office answered they had some weak excuses but they would never return my calls the lady in the office came to assist me and she was barefoot two different times I had a simple probate involving two people my sister and I had all my paperwork filled out before hiring her basically all she had to do was make a phone call and find out what route the company wanted to take and after 2 1/2 months still hasn’t even done that the only reason I gave one star is so I could do this review it should be a negative 5 star this place is a JOKE!!! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy

When I signed a retainer with Ms Dunn in Feb I was unsure how soon I would need her services. Due to a change in the situation I had to use another attorney. I requested a refund of my $2500 retainer and understood I would need to pay for a phone call she made to me when I was unavailable to speak with her. I requested a refund and to date am still waiting for the check. Very disappointed in her or her office staff for this delay.

Emily Dunn does not know how to do her job she listens to other people and not her client she would rather listen to other people and not help her clients. She based her decisions off of listening to the other attorneys and the CPS workers and the the other side. Because of her decision now the other side has disobeyed the courts and their making wrong decisions. I will never recommend Dunn & Dunn to anyone. When Emily done was my attorney she didn't even see me she let her PA talk to me all the time and go to my meetings and everything else. CPS said I didn't do my services and I have proof that I did only one I did not do was the family therapy and because they said that I didn't do that when I didn't do none of my services. I was railroaded from the beginning and now I am living a night
