Downs a less than average attorney should apply for an ADA (assistant district attorney) role as I learned the hard way he is primarily uninterested in representing his client only elevates him to his next role as ADA. I would give Mr. Downs a D-. Be careful with him and don’t be fooled by with moms hand painted photos in his one man office.
