This Brantley attorney took over 7 months to make absolutely no progress on our easement. He took $2,000 from our family estate I did absolutely nothing. Would not return calls. Find someone who will do something for you and not this guy

Hired to assist my family with obtaining an easement. After a couple of months, they hired a title company for a title search because they didn't have time to do it. I had to contact the title company for an update because I couldn't get the information from the attorney. Title search finally completed and several weeks go by with no update. We finally get a call but nothing has been done. The family decided that we needed a different attorney due to the lack of progress and poor communication. They then claimed we owed over 2k but would only take the retainer for 2k because they are sorry for delays. Why over 2k when the title search was 700? They claimed they had questions about the title search. What questions? No clue. I would NOT recommend this company for any services.

Excellent Law Office to do property closings at. Attorney Dover and his entire staff were excellent to work with. I sold my home in Hahira Georgia and this firm handled the closing, Kaycee Grow. Closing was on 11-9, via a power of attorney that I had set up previously. On 11-9, I watched my bank account for a wire deposit. When it was 5PM and I did not get the money I started making phone calls. My realtor called me back to tell me that things were delayed, and I would not get the money until the next day. I wrote an email to Kaycee saying it was very inconsiderate not to call me and tell me that. She called the next morning and apologized. I then asked when I would receive my documents, she said in about a week. I protested and asked for an overnight delivery, she the said I would need to pay for it. After some back and forth she reluctantly agreed. It wound up being mailed as a 2 day UPS package. I

Mssrs. Langdale and Brantley have handled several title and tax matters for me. They seemed knowledgeable regarding the pros & cons of the decisions I needed to make, providing actionable advice - which is what I am looking for in a legal services provider. They appeared quite knowledgeable of the local beauracricy and it's methods. Communications have been excellent - responses to my eMails were timely and cogent. Paperwork deliveries were also timely. The staff has been courteous and responsive and helpful. Pricing: As with every law firm I have dealt with, you will be charged for every minute and every ancillary action or item, so be prepared.
