DK Law - Injury, Accident, and More

I was involved in a severe automobile accident, having been struck by a DUI driver and subsequently rear-ended by another vehicle on the 405 South. I am grateful to have survived the incident. I engaged DK Law Firm three weeks ago, and while I understand the general process due to prior experience with car accidents, I have observed some areas for improvement. Specifically, my emails often go unanswered unless I initiate a phone call, and updates have been infrequent, with only one communication received within this three-week period. Furthermore, critical issues related to my car accident that I have communicated to the firm have yet to be addressed. I will provide further updates as circumstances evolve.

Had an auto accident in Nov of 2025. Immediately got into contact w/ DK law and they broke down step by step how everything would work and explained everything clearly. Here is February they helped me manage my insurance, tow fee, etc. Their support and assistance has been excellent with taking care of issues I would not have considered otherwise. They take forever to respond and, after almost a year, did nothing with my accident case. I was never able to speak to an attorney. Communication was terrible, and I was constantly transferred between people who clearly did not know what they were doing. The last person I spoke with, Jazim Navarro, was rude and unprofessional. She was not helpful, appeared to have no understanding of my case, and even got up and left the conference room, which showed a complete lack of professionalism. Lastly, when I needed a letter confirming that my case was closed, I had to call countless times just to get it. It was extremely stressful having to chase them

First time using an attorney for an accident and i was very dissatisfied with the service they provided, extremely unprofessional had to hound them to get updates and every time i called it was a different person and they had no clue what was going on with my case. Unless your case is in the 6 or 7 figure range, good luck getting decent service out of them.
