Two things stuck out to us regarding our rewarding experience w/ AmeriEstate. One was the comprehensiveness of the prepared material and the second was the affordability of the service provided. AmeriEstate has helped us put our mind at ease regarding helping our family members avoid probate when it comes to distributing our assets. We had the desire to do this years ago and were challenged with finding a service provider who could satisfactorily meet our needs. We have alread y recommended AmeriEstate to some friends and we will continue to do so. We have NO regrets with our decision to work with AmeriEstate.

All of the folks involved with this process were polite and responsive to all my inquiries. Notary was extremely thorough and pleasant. I like the open door policy to future questions or-changes in our future posture.

My Uncle passed away with a trust drawn up from this company and it’s been a complete disaster trying to unwind it. The company reassured my uncle that they would be available to answer questions and help family understand the trust when he passed. Unfortunately the have been unwilling to even return calls to my dad and aunt who are settling the trust and had questions. Would never do business with them again.

I attended an AmeriEstate webinar and my wife an I decided to sue them to setup a Living Trust. The even provided a discount for attending the webinar which was nice. They were extremely professional and detailed oriented. They clearly have done this enough times and have the experience to get you setup exactly the way you want your Trust to be. The Attorney that was assigned to us was very friendly and answered all our questions and concerns. All the staff were very courteous and friendly and helpful. They moved our Home deed into the trust for use, we did not need to do anything.
