I contacted them over a month ago and asked for legal assistance. Due to an appeal not going through and hiring a lawyer to take my case. They told me I had to refile and then they would help me from there. Called today to speak to somebody about my current file status and see if there was a way to fix why my first appeal hadn’t gone through. The woman that answered the phone was extremely rude. Then when I told her that her office had contacted me saying they would help with my claim she hung up on me. Granted I have multi level degenerative disc disease, a fractured spine, and qualify for social security and a large back pay. My advice is to not even call. The secretary needs to be fired.

If there isn't enough money involved this person will not help you and will only hinder your process even further. This person will add to your stress and aggravation don't even call. Also I sent her medical records and she didn't even know how to open them on a disk. They'll help you after you've done all the work they don't contact your Drs.
