I would give 0 stars if I could. . I did a land contract on a property. I assumed since the attorney from this firm fixed the contract, I was safe. Met at his office and paid $10k down to the said owner and was going to pay $350 month. After 1 year of paying, a man shows up at my door stating he owns it. The person I had a contract with, had a contract with this man and wasn't paying him. I immediately went to the attorney's office. He looked it up on his computer. He called the man and wanted to add an addendum to my contract. He stated the owner was going to get his paperwork to him and he'd add the addendum and it would cover me. I'd call or message the attorney to check if this was completed. It was always the same story, he was still trying to get the paperwork from the owner o
