Zero concern for time. Did not make any meeting on time and made up excuses every time. Does not make me feel comfortable that they actually care about individual cases being handled in a timely manner. Thankfully I let the person I was speaking with know I was not moving forward with them but they hung up after that so I hope they actually realize they have been fired.

Was recommended to them by Atticus. Upon calling the lady was very unprofessional. Answered with a basic hello? Then asked me if they called me, when I explained for the 3rd time I was given their number by Atticus I was told by the customer service rep they would not assist in my appeal due to me struggling to get additional appointments with my Dr due to me not being able to pay out of pocket to him.

Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating so far! I just did my initial application and it went quicker then I thought. Way less stressful. They keep me very well informed. I'd recommend them to everyone who wants a quick smooth process! ☺️
