Do NOT hire this firm. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this firm. I felt my case was not treated with care, seriousness, or respect. I hired this firm for a custody case involving my son. During the initial meetings with Attorney Sheridan, the experience seemed positive. I clearly explained the urgency and seriousness of my situation, and I was encouraged to move forward quickly. After the first payment, the experience changed significantly. During discussions about serious events involving my child, Attorney Sheridan laughed on several occasions and made dismissive comments, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. We met with Attorney McCann on October 24th and the consultation itself went very well. She took copies of our records, understood the urgency of our situation, and everything seemed promising. Unfortunately, that’s where the communication ended. It has now been a month with no follow-up at all. We left a voicemail and submitted messages through the website, but never received a response. We had even discussed pricing and next steps during the meeting, so the lack of communication has been extremely disappointing. Our initial impression was positive, but the complete drop-off afterward left us unable to move forward during an already stressful time.
