I had the best real estate closing experience with Mary Nell Degenhart very professional with every document explained clearly in a helpful manner so we could all understand. The closing was held in their wonderful historic registered office. Never hesitate to recommend.

Terrible experience! Went it for a closing and was rushed didn’t explain a lot of the papers. We told the attorney it was two people that needed to sign the deed. She said no problem come back in a week or two in and we can do a quick deed I can take care of it. Let’s just finish this today! Came back the attorney tried to charge us extra $245. I don’t trust them and why would we have to pay if we told you at closing that was part of our closing fees! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend and will never close with them again. Don’t waste your time with this attorney.
