Susan was the guardian ad litem for my daughter. When we went to court Susan was not prepared. She was looking over the information I sent her while we were sitting and waiting in front of the judge in the courtroom. My daughter was later diagnosed bipolar a week after the court date, but Susan was able to convince the judge my daughter had just made some bad mistakes. I had spoken with Susan and the other attorney involved. Neither one of these attorneys told me there would be more charges after all original attorney fees had been paid. I am in need of an attorney for disability and dealing with Biggins was a horrible experience. I could barely get my words out without her immediately making assumptions. Communication on Biggins end was horrible as well. You better know your stuff before going in there because she sure won’t help you any.

Excellent handling of our estate legal affairs. Biggers and Deaton took care of everything, alleviating a huge burden for us during a difficult time. The paperwork and filing was handled well, both in person and via emails, since we were out of state. Their office is very close to the court, so that helps speed up the process. We had no problems.
