Colin McWhirter, Attorney at Law

I went to McWhirter to get an uncontested divorce he said he would handle everything for me. Needless to say I went to get divorce papers this year from the courthouse and nothing has been filed. I have went by his office a few times. They took my number but has not called me about this issue. Now I will have to pay another fee at a different attorneys office to get this my divorce.

I just want to thank you for all you have done for me on getting my license back!!! You have been the best through all of this even when I would keep calling u everyday knowing it takes time!!! I would like to share my experience with Attorney Colin McWhirter. Colin represented me with 2 different traffic cases, the 1st one as my court appointed attorney and the 2nd one I hired him myself. I was very pleased both times with the outcome of my cases. He genuinely cared about me as a person and took the time to get to know me and what I had been thru. He was very kind, pleasant, and down to earth with me. He thoroughly reviewed my cases and gave me different scenarios legally what could happen and what I was facing. I would recommend him highly and definitely hire him in the future if needed.

Very down to earth and compassionate. Colin was assigned to me for a child support case. Not only did he help me prove that I had been paying my support, he is continuing to help me with other issues related but not directly concerning the case. I hope to never need a lawyer in the future, but if ever I do, Colin will be my first call. He should be yours as well.

I hired this attorney to handle a traffic ticket. I did so because he was a colleague of my late husband who died 15 years ago and thought he would remember me. He gave me a discount, took my money, promised me he would take care of everything and then did nothing that he said he would. Did not return calls. Because I lost faith in him, I contacted another attorney, who in a 10 minute phone conversation, told me everything I needed to do and how much it would cost to resolve my issue which is more info than I got from Mr. McWhirter in the month after contacting him. I have been trying unsuccessfully for the past 2 weeks to get a refund as he did nothing other than take my money. DO NOT HIRE HIM.
