Don't do it... Make sure you look at reviews on Avvo as well, a well respected attorney review site. This attorney will take your money, stop communicating with you, and at some point start talking you like you're nobody. This firm went to hell as it passed from father to son. When you pay the retainer, wait until you start seeing your monthly invoice. They will charge you for every paper print, every phone call, and every email. Pay close attention to the document preparation fees. When you are billed for certain documents you should actually receive it. Hire this guy and I bet you, you will circle back to this review and and say, he's right.

Charged me over $40,000 came to court unprepared every single time did not have the proper documentation that I provided to him months in advance. Take copies of your own documents to court if you decide you want to hire him. The only thing he did, that was good, was the deposition, but he was not able to use it in court, because he forgets things and he’s very rude. He promised me everything and delivered nothing, failed every single time. Other lawyers called him a showman.
