I am a Loan Processor with Willow Processing and I worked with Katie Harris on a transaction in December for someone who purchased a home using Katie and at the same time was selling a home with another escrow company. Katie handled the coordination expertly and I was very impressed. I wish I had more loans in TN so I could work with her and her team again. You can't go wrong with Katie.

The staff are great, knowledgeable and friendly. So thankful, they know what I need, and draft the documents at reasonable rates. 5 star indeed

(WARNING)The worst experience with any title company I have ever used,I was told the check from closing that I was to receive would be mailed overnight,it has been 3 days and I still have not gotten it,they did not call me to confirm they had closed,I called them,also please read the disclaimer about them wiring money to your account.Save yourself a headache and request your realtor use a different title company.If I could give zero stars I would and by the way they charge 25 dollars to overnight it and do not but no refund ,run away from this company as fast as you can
