My husband was appointed a lawyer from this firm. He failed to show up to my husband's court the date was pushed back. Every time I've called or my husband never recieved a call back. Always states relaying information to lawyer. He is apparently always out of office. One receptionist states will tell the attorney but never asked for my name or number. I had to force her to take it down. Was told as well that he will be at grand jury by receptionist which was a lie. Do Not use this office better off being your own attorney than use this place.

Had a phone meeting and was told I'd get a call back the next day or first of following week. I did not receive that call and, when I called, was told the attorney was out sick. I waited another week, called again, and "he's not available." I also followed up, around the 5 week mark, with an email and haven't received a reply. Maybe because I'm accessing services using ARAG (legal insurance), my case isn't worth the time/effort?

Got in a wreck July '20. They're taking care of me very well. Feel comfortable and confident with them.

Very rude receptionist, Didn't seem like she wanted to help or even refer to any lawyers.
