Poor representation, lacking a clear and prompt resolution of assigned case. Arrogant response is questions asked, failure to return phone calls in timely manner.

This guy has been a family Lifesaver since I was a teenage boy I see a lot of comments on here about he's not very informative or this that and the other but at the same time we're not trying to make friends we're trying to get our loved ones or ourselves out of trouble and if he's judged based on that he gets the job done highly highly recommended

I do not recommend this man to represent you. Especially if you are new to legal situations. He was extremely rude with me from the get go and rushes off the phone(as others have complains). He didnt ask me any questions about my case, and laughed at the questions I had. I was literally scared to call and ask him anything because of how short and rude he was with me. Attorneys are supposed to make it easier on you ! I consulted to multiple other attorneys who made me feel 10Xs better about my situation than Hurr AND spent more time with me one one phone call than Dan ever did. I will say he was one of the CHAPEST I found.. but you get what you pay for. And i’d pay triple his price for a polite, decent human being. It’s not that hard to be fake nice !!!

Do not use this lawyer. 0/10. Poor communication skills, rushes you off of the phone, and makes you feel like you’re bothering him when you call. Same results produced could have happened with a public defender multiple lawyers have stated the same. Did not do one thing he said he could. Collected money and showed up to court no communication in between.

Im actually currently still going through my case with Mr. Hurr, but I must say that so far he has been an exceptionally great lawyer. When I went to his office to discuss my case with him, he explained everything to me and took his time doing it until he was sure that I understood exactly what was what. I know that lawyers tend to be very busy people. And while I was having a 1 on 1 with Mr. Hurr at his office, he did answer the phone for another client during our conversation. But he was very polite about how he did it. And I did not find this at all to be disrespectful. From my perspective it let me see that Dan was not the type of attorney to blow his clients off. He did try to hurry on the phone because he also had a client (me) there enquiring about his services. But he did not rudel
