How do attorneys who defend abusers sleep at night? My ex choked me out when I was 9 months pregnant and this attorney victim-blamed me for the entire duration of my trial to defend my ex. He lost, of course. 6 years later, I am in therapy healing the trauma that this attorney exacerbated. Genuinely curious as to whether lawyers like this have a conscience or not. Disgusting.
Mr. Backenstoe is a amazing lawyer, and puts his clients wants and needs before anything first and foremost! He was super helpful and guided me through everything I needed to know and do.
