I chose Brad Wagner to handle my dad's estate when he passed away. Everything was finalized today. I can not say enough good things about the way in which Brad and his entire staff worked with me. They did everything for me! At a very difficult and trying time in my life, they did all that they could to make it a little easier for me . They were efficient, thorough and professional. Highly recommended.

Worst experience with any organization I've dealt with in my life. Attempted to get me to do his job for him by suggesting I probate my case on my own. Among other issues, they received the deed to my home but neither sent it in the mail (bc they don't trust it apparently) or bothered to call me in regards to it for months. The same thing with the closing out the estate, I had to call them to finalize our business. And Brad is constantly yawning whenever you speak to him on the phone, which is down right rude.

Mr Wagner and his staff did a wonderful job handling my in-laws estate, answering our many questions etc. and even after everything was closed, they continue to be extremely responsive (and very friendly) as questions come up.

Unprofessional and very rude. They also don't reach out with updates you have to constantly call them.
