Daniel B. King, Attorney at Law

Dan King will not do his job correctly at all. I have been fighting a false DUI case for 2 years now. He was appointed by the court as my lawyer. I did everything Dan King asked to make my defense. I attended 3 court dates which my case was never heard. Then when I needed and asked for a continuiance because I would not be able to make the next date, because Dan King "didn't think I was coming back." He did not get the continuance I needed. Now I am fighting more severe charges and he wanted to charge me $500 to pick my case back up. If Dan King gets appoointed as your attorney, ask the courts for a new attorney or defend yourself.

The Secretary was very nice. As far as the attorney. He was rude and he does not listen. With that being said, I would not recommend this law firm. Unless you want a dishonest, unorganized and very unprofessional lawyer.

Mr. King is by far the best lawyer I've ever seen! Has prayed with me every time I'm in his office or before court! He knows his stuff! Will forever be my lawyer no matter the need ! Thank you Mr. King! God bless you!

This is quit possibly the worst attorney in Gadsden, AL in my opinion. He handled A work comp case for me in 2015 that is haunting me in 2018. His mishandling of the case is costing me not only financially but in countless hours of work trying to put together the paperwork that he failed to do correctly. To top it off in a work comp case, your attorney is not supposed to take more than 15% of the settlement and he took 33%. I need to take some ownership there, and should have done my homework. When you walk in his office all you hear is 80s music blaring. Don't get me wrong I love 80s music, but I am not expecting it to over power the conversation while you speak with your attorney. I ask him to turn it down once and he replied that he had it loud because the other side was listening. If y

This is about the worst lawyer I've never known he acted like he didn't know what was going on. Definitely don't recommend him and if your court appointment to him high recommend get a NEW ONE!
