This guy handled a case for me several years ago. The case dragged on for about 3 years (not his fault). I decided to appeal to the 5th circuit and he submitted the "facts" without consulting me after the case had been sitting for over a year. Of course he made the wrong argument and caused me to lose the case. How could he do that after not being involved with a case for years? I paid him $10K for nothing. I have no proof of this, but it's almost like he did it on purpose. Total incompetence. I would not recommend him for anything.
