Rebecca Creel and her office dragged me along for years with no communication. I live out of state and hired her based on reviews and the sweet talk of “I show up, I represent, and I fight for struggling fathers in a biased system” confidence during the initial phone meeting. I put down my retainer, submitted everything we had one follow up call then radio silence. I would call every month or so trying to get an update and would leave a voicemail or talk to her paralegal and I would not hear back. I sent email after email to her paralegal and herself with no response. She let my case go so long untouched it essentially expired in the S.C court system. My experience with Rebecca and Creel Family Law was not good. Rebecca mislead me to believe that she would take my case. I provided her very sensitive and detailed information about me, my life, and my family situation and I never heard from her again. I felt as though she was a rip off. I paid her $350 for a consultation fee. During that video consultation, I provided her so much of my personal details and cried my eyes out to her about my situation. She assured me that I would hear back from her. I reached out to her and her paralegal and have yet to hear back from either of them. As a professional courtesy, the least she could have done was contacted me directly and informed me that she made a decision not to represent me.
