Wes Cottrell is a five star top rated law firm I have used Mr Cottrell for 10 years and he is settled a workman's comp case for me getting me the maximum amount and recovery of over $200,000. He is now handling my social security and disability. He is now handing a personal injury claim that happened at a business and as of recent he is handling a rear end car collision accident that happened weeks ago. Wes will never leave you in the dark always keep you informed of the status of your case. The knowledge and experience he has is the best there is the peace of mind that he gets the job done you can trust and that he is the best at what he does. Wesley is the best lawyer that I have ever had and I thank him 150% for having my interest at hand and protected.

A close family member used Mr. Cottrell for their disability benefits and he NEVER personally consulted with them. Julie (the assistant) was the only one to communicate for the entire process! He was suppose to represent them but had his assistant submit a reconsideration application that they themselves could have completed. No case before a judge was ever completed and once the benefits were received (my family members called SSA personally), Mr. Cottrell received over $1,000 in payment from SSA! I would not recommend this firm to ANYONE! Also, the assistant was very disrespectful and rude throughout the entire process. No one deserves to be treated that way! I decided to write a review so that this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I am here to tell Wes doesn't mess around . Workman's Comp was being extremely pushy and never paying on time . I was worried for myself , my wife and small children. Wes got them to up my weekly pay and and I was able to settle out of court . I wouldn't be able to start my own business if it wasnt for Wes . I am very thankful to have found him . . Thank you Wes.

Mr Cottrell as a worker comp attorney, is a burn all bridges, he will give you legal advice that you company cannot terminate you. Then when they do terminate you he will say I shouldn't have taken this case. And leave you settling for peanuts and loosing your job. And he will even tell you how much he got for other slam dunk cases he has done. And he will do all this for you and never personally consult with you as to what you think might be best for you. He does have a great smile.
