I would not recommend this law firm at all. Brian garwood got a $25000 in the middle of my husband probate and then quit. That other lawyers are not probate lawyers. Which I wouldn't expect. So I'm out all that money and no lawyer. They gave the run around for weeks

We went to Brian Garwood for an amendment to my elderly mom's trust and will. Despite repeated promises we have not yet received his work. We met with him on August 1st 2022 and it is February 27, 2023. Seven months of excuses. We really thought this company was reputable. I will never recommend them.

Beware of this Firm especially attorney Robert Porter. He was selected as a GAL in my custody case and could not have been more incompetent. Mr Porter ignored evidence and testimony from several parties showing extreme alcohol abuse and an inability to hold a job. Within a week of awarding majority custody to my ex wife she showed up at my house heavily intoxicated wielding a butcher knife and was charged with a felony. She then attempted suicide with our minor child in her home. At the court hearing Mr Porter told the judge “I don’t know how we missed this” a funny statement considering he had plenty of video evidence and testimony about her mental state. After all of that I was able to become custodial parent without using any of Mr Porters services but he still took me back to court tr

Refuses to let anyone park in their big empty lot surrounded by multiple apartment complexes, reserving the lot for their few teslas:(

Met with attorney Brian Garwood today. So impressed by him. Helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I'd definitely use him again.
