They need to do a better job with answering there phones. No one answer the phone they use AI to make there money and leave humanity outside with no hope.

I went to this place with a member from my church to try to get some help and found out that the person in the office only handles certain cases, she told us to call a phone help line, I have made several calls because of tge nature of the case but no answers. We couldn't do a online application because the information says if you're in certain situations don't apply online call instead. No matter when I call early or late still everyone is busy.

Very helpful I received the information that I needed.

It's impossible to get someone on the phone but if you get lucky, they are kind and helpful.
