I do not recommend Christian Porter of the firm Colombo Kitchin Attorneys.

I highly recommend Charlotte-Ann Alexander, she is awesome. She assisted me with my Dad's affairs, he was 93 years old and Charlotte-Ann was able to help him understand the process. Charlotte-Ann assisted me with my husband's affairs, he had alzheimer's but she was able to help him through the process. Today she helped me again and she is just awesome. I am so grateful to her. Pleasant, kindness, takes her time explaining everything with compassion, a very good person ❤️ and attorney.

I have been a client of Colombo Kitchin for over a decade. Walt Kitchin did a fabulous job for me on a matter around 2010 or 2011. Later I was referred to Charlotte-Anne Alexander for my Estate Planning needs. She did an outstanding thorough job. She was tactful, compassionate, and very knowledgeable about the issues at hand. She was extremely professional, accommodating, and knowledgeable about updating LW&T and POA. The Office Staff at each location we visited were polite, friendly, and welcoming. I had a bad experience. I called and explained the situation to the assistant and she called back a couple of days later and told me that Mrs. Thompson could help me but it would cost $250. I came in hoping for the best and then she told me that she could not help me because the jurisdiction was not in this state. She could have had her assistant tell me that over the phone and not charged me $250 for almost nothing. She did give me a few pointers about what I MIGHT be able to do but since she is not licensed in the other state that was all she could do. All of the other attorneys told me that they could not handle this before I spent a penny. Do not call these attorneys at all if you can help it I did NOT get my moneys worth.
