My condominium board used this firm a few years ago. I had an issue with the condominium board as they arbitrarily demanded I replace a completely functioning garage door along with it's motor due to potential termite infestation. Apparently the adjacent units with the same garage door were exonerated from any replacement as I accumulated thousands of dollars of fines, unbeknownst to me. They hired Caryn Meyer ESQ to assist in a settlement on this longstanding issue. Mrs. Meyer was able to assist me into purchasing a new metal garage door for a reasonable price, about a third of what the management company quoted me. I agreed and had the door replaced. Danielle was a tremendous help to me when I had my closing! She gave me some sound advice which will help me if & when I decide to sell my unit.

Seems to be an horrible executed business from what I can ascertain. A apparent business model capitalizing on the manipulation of both tenants and their respective management companies as a financial incentive. Their profit driven actions appear to supersede ethical and efficacious expectations. Unreturned phone calls, emails, faxes, rude staff, and a plethora of unfavorable reviews make it a moot point to entertain the thought of looking up their status on the Better Business Bureau!

Extremely unprofessional law office. My co-op has been using Evan Gitter for years and he is a poor excuse for a lawyer. He is unresponsive and so is his paralegal Danielle. They claim to protect the interests of the co-op but in reality are looking to bill as much as they can for poor service. They take advantage of these communities knowing the people do not have much legal experience. I am considering filing a complaint with the Bar Association for thier conduct and I encourage others who have had similar issues to file grievances as well.
