Clifford H. Tall Law Office

Mr Tall was recommended to us from another atty who does not handle Wills and POA. We met with him - told him all the information he could possibly need. We were told to vibe back and sign everything in two weeks and we did. All documents were signed and notarized that day. All fees were also paid at that time with the expectation they would be recorded and sent back to us. That’s been months ago ! We have no documents and now we are not even getting a live person to answer the phone! I’ve even been back in the office 4 weeks ago when he told me I would get the documents in the mail the next day! This guy is a liar. Do.NOT TRUST HIM! My next call is to report him to the SC Board for improper legal practices! His poor secretary is made to lie for him too. Very very sad

Cliff was hired to handle our mom's estate but has dragged it out well over 2.5 years. All of the real estate and personal property were sold years ago. Amount remaining in probate is tiny but Cliff has been MIA and incommunicado. Simple questions were asked of him and zero response. Do not hire this estate attorney if you want quick resolution. He is not proactive.

I called Cliff because he had been a friend of my mother’s. I didn’t get through 30 seconds of trying to explain my situation when he said “Tell me what I can do for you instead of blathering on all night.” I don’t know if he suffers from tourette syndrome or is just that arrogant and rude. Based on many other reviews I’m guessing the latter.

Mr. Tall is great. I highly recommend him. he is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you understand what he is telling you. He takes his time and is very friendly.

Worked with Cliff on my mother's estate for the past 15 years. He was a member of the family and my mother enjoyed working with him. Highly recommended.
